1. Purpose and Intent
This Safety Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the standards, procedures, and safeguards adopted by Elite Girlfriend, a component of SASA, LLC (“Company”) to promote the physical, emotional, and professional safety of individuals registered as companions (“Companions”) on the Company’s platform. The Policy is designed to mitigate risk, ensure lawful operation, and foster a respectful environment for all users.
2. Definitions
- Companion: A registered service provider offering time-based companionship services via the Platform.
- Client: A registered user who books companionship services.
- Booking: A scheduled engagement between a Client and a Companion facilitated through the Platform.
- Session: The duration of a confirmed Booking.
- Safety Incident: Any event involving harassment, threat, harm, or violation of this Policy.
3. Pre-Booking Protocols
- Identity Verification: All Clients must undergo identity and age verification using third-party services approved by the Company.
- Terms of Use Agreement: Clients must affirm acceptance of the Platform’s Terms of Use, including behavioral standards and prohibited conduct.
- Companion Preferences: Companions may define acceptable session types, locations, and boundaries, which must be respected by Clients.
4. Live Session Safeguards
- Location Sharing: Companions may opt to share real-time location data with designated emergency contacts or the Company’s safety team.
- Emergency Alert System: A one-touch emergency feature shall be available during all sessions, enabling immediate notification to Company personnel.
- Session Monitoring: The Company may implement automated or manual check-ins during extended sessions to confirm Companion safety.
- Secure Communication: All pre-session and in-session communication must occur via the Platform’s encrypted messaging system.
5. Post-Session Procedures
- Incident Reporting: Companions may report any Safety Incident through the Platform’s reporting interface. Reports shall be reviewed within 24 hours.
- Client Ratings and Flags: Companions may rate Clients and flag inappropriate behavior. Repeat offenses may result in suspension or termination of Client access.
- Support Services: The Company may offer access to mental health resources, peer support, or counseling referrals at its discretion.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, termination, or referral to law enforcement:
- Sexual solicitation or harassment
- Physical intimidation, assault, or battery
- Stalking or persistent unwanted contact
- Attempts to circumvent Platform safeguards or policies
7. Company Responsibilities
- Monitoring and Enforcement: The Company shall monitor Platform activity using automated tools and manual review to detect violations.
- Training and Onboarding: All Companions must complete a safety training module prior to activation.
- Transparency and Recordkeeping: All Safety Incidents and resolutions shall be documented and retained in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Legal Compliance: The Company shall comply with all relevant labor, privacy, and safety regulations within its operating jurisdictions.
8. Policy Enforcement and Remedies
Violations of this Policy may result in:
- Temporary or permanent suspension of Platform access
- Termination of Companion or Client accounts
- Legal action or referral to law enforcement authorities
- Denial of future registration or reactivation requests
9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
All Companions must acknowledge and accept this Policy during onboarding and reaffirm acceptance annually. Continued use of the Platform constitutes agreement to all terms herein.
