1. Introduction
These Companion Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Companion,” “you,” or “your”) and Elite Girlfriend rental agency, a component of SASA, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Elite Girlfriend mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) as a registered Companion.
By registering as a Companion and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Eligibility
To register as a Companion, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Possess valid government-issued identification
- Successfully complete the Company’s onboarding and verification process
- Not be prohibited from offering services under applicable law
3. Nature of Services
The Platform facilitates time-based, platonic companionship services. Companions may offer to accompany Clients to social events, meals, or other agreed-upon public activities. The Platform strictly prohibits the offering or solicitation of sexual services or any conduct that violates local, state, or federal laws.
4. Independent Contractor Status
You acknowledge and agree that you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or representative of the Company. You are solely responsible for determining your availability, rates, and the nature of services offered within the boundaries of this agreement.
5. Companion Obligations
As a Companion, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
- Maintain professional conduct during all interactions
- Respect Client boundaries and preferences
- Comply with the Companion Safety Policy and Code of Conduct
- Refrain from soliciting or engaging in prohibited conduct
- Use the Platform’s communication and payment systems exclusively
6. Booking and Payment
- Bookings are initiated and confirmed through the Platform.
- You may set your own hourly rate, subject to minimum and maximum thresholds set by the Company.
- The Company will collect payments from Clients and remit your earnings, minus applicable service fees, on a regular schedule.
- You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations arising from your earnings.
7. Safety and Conduct
You agree to comply with all safety protocols outlined in the Companion Safety Policy, including:
- Using in-app messaging and location-sharing features
- Participating in required safety training
- Reporting any incidents or violations promptly
- Maintaining appropriate boundaries and professionalism
8. Suspension and Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms or the Safety Policy
- Receipt of substantiated complaints or reports
- Engagement in illegal or unethical conduct
9. Confidentiality and Privacy
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal information obtained through the Platform and to comply with all applicable privacy laws. You may not disclose, record, or share Client information without explicit consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or services provided therein.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Insert Jurisdiction], unless otherwise required by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
12. Modifications
